How Sunstone uses Connecto

Sunstone uses lead forms triggered by Connecto on their website to capture leads.

These lead forms are triggered based on the engagement time (when we know that the user is actually interested from the time spent and pages browsed)

We found that users are much more likely to fill such a form compared to static “Contact Us” page because it’s a proactive approach.

On Sunstone’s article pages it was found that people did not like a popup form in the middle of reading an article. With Connecto they were able to quickly iterate the lead form width, and made the form trigger only when the reader has finished reading the article. This reduced the close rate from 40% to 1.5%.

Business Impact

Sunstone’s site is now a lead generating machine. This new lead generation channel is 90% cheaper than SEM and landing pages.

The leads are also higher quality because these are organic visitors who are submitting their information after researching about Sunstone resulting in higher conversion rate
